SIB Suevia is an international real estate company headquartered in Stuttgart-Degerloch, which was founded in 2004 by our CEO Oliver Goblirsch. The company emerged from the business activities of the Finanzservice Goblirsch, which has existed since 1997. The company is divided into the four business areas brokerage, investments, financial products and services. The company offers private and business customers the professional brokerage of residential, commercial, investment, new construction and foreign real estate. In addition, new properties are constantly being acquired for the company's own portfolio and for retail. These purchases are financed both by equity and by the company's two financial products. The range of services extends from financing to asset management. We implement this claim, among other things, through the company's own quality management, high investments in marketing and IT, as well as through regular internal and external further training of all employees.
